You can now purchase the ebook version of Dragon Noir. Paper version will be available in about 1-2 weeks. The ebook is DRM-free, as all of my books are, and available in the Kindle Unlimited program for those reading on a budget.
You can read a pre-release review here.
So it is with Cedar’s writing. You get the throw-away humor of lines like riding a charging rhino. That’s a great line, and it’s not a spoiler, so there. You have no idea who is riding the rhino, you don’t know the circumstances, and so it’s not a spoiler. But it’s still funny.
There are some very moving, may I even say heart-warming scenes as well. I had planned to include one in particular of them, but then I realized that there is no way to do that without revealing one of the major plot elements. So never mind. But how about this:“She always had a garden.” He told me gruffly. “I used to tease her about her weeds, but it was pretty, and smelled good. I didn’t mind it.”
That’s well written, evocative, and as close as I can get to giving you a taste of Cedar’s work without spoiling your dinner.

I just posted my your 5 stars on Amazon, along with the rest of the review.
Such a DELIGHTFUL book!
Thank you Pat!
Read it yesterday and loved it. It’s funny when you read a good book you just hope that it will be a trilogy but when you read a great trilogy you then wish the author would pull a Butcher and write out further. Thanks for the great read Cedar I will be along for the ride for where you go next(as long as you don’t do straight romance 🙂 ).
I won’t do straight romance under this name, ok! LOL
I do plan to return Underhill. But there are about three books in between here and there, in other worlds. And Lom will be a side character at most, there are others who have tales to tell.
I’m so glad you liked it!
Will signed paper copies be available with Paypal payments? How much should I send for one? I’m looking forward to it!
Paper copies will be available, I think by mid-April. Ebook release is easier than paper! I will put up a link and pricing when it is ready. Thanks!
