Christmas Day

I may not have a tree in the house today, but there are presents wrapped by the fireplace. While all of us are in some degree sick (the First Reader is slowly recovering, I seem to have a mild case, and the Boy was awake coughing but is sleeping in now) we don’t have anywhere we need to be, the house is snug and warm, and there will be cocoa soon enough.

It has been an eventful year, and one I have enjoyed. We are home, we have friends nearby, and family is all doing well.

To all reading this, God bless you, every one!

  1. Merry Christmas to you! I just read your post to Juniper, and she liked it! I have some cooking to do, and then we are going over to Uncle Doug and Aunt Melody’s house for dinner.

  2. I get affirmations weekly, and this week’s rings very true and hopeful for the whole year!

The more I feel grateful, the more wonderful things flow into my life to be grateful for.

May wonderful things flow in the lives of you and yours, and anyone who visits the blog.
